Michi Raab is an artist and artisan working in New York City. She was born in Japan, and raised in Hawaii. At a young age Michi developed a passion for the visual arts, fashion design and clothing construction. At 17 She moved to New York City to study art and fashion design. She studied at Pratt Institute, The Art Students League, Greenwich House Pottery and The Fashion Institute of Technology. She is an accomplished painter, ceramist, fashion designer and fabric artist.
